I’ve been working with Joslynne for about a month now. She has been the most involved travel agent I have used to date. We were planning a wedding in Cancun and it has been hairy. The wedding department at resorts are extremely hard to get in contact with. I’ve waited a week plus for a response but Joslynne could get them to respond in days. I know she is not a wedding planner but she went above and beyond to find out the information we needed. We told Joslynne what we were looking for in a vacation - She sent us amazing recommendations based on her own experience and has great rates to boot. We are using her for our Honeymoon and will continue to recommend all our friends and family! If you’re looking for a travel agent, honestly look no further ~ Darth V

What's the Buzz?! Internationally or intergalactically, in the Travel Space, Wade Light, bar-none is Light Years ahead of the competition. I'm so happy i reached out. Not only did he save me fistfuls of cash from what i would have paid by securing my own accommodations, but also offered the peace of mind that he'd be with me literally every step of my trip (the push of a button on the smartphone in my pocket). What's more, I never needed him as a result of the efficiency and professionalism in which Light Travels Inc. operates. Everything was smooth sailing, but like a jacket in winter, they are better to have and not need than to need and not have. Joslynne from light travels was my travel agent for my wedding, she made the whole process so much easier and convenient for me and my family and friends to book our rooms with the Royalton Blue waters resort in Montego Bay Jamaica, she set up links and responded back to me almost immediately. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She made sure my family had airport transportation to and from the resort, and confirmed times as well during our trip. With dealing with my destination wedding this is one thing I didn’t have to stress about, she booked room and flights for me and my guests. Joselynn was amazing to work with. Take the stress out of travel, and hire this company on your next trip. Any time we had a question, prior or even in the middle of our trip, she always answered right away. Updated any changes for our airline, and prices were better than what we could get ourselves online. They set up all ground transportation, and even communicated a special event to the hotel for us. We also had the confidence of knowing we had someone else to help with any issues that might arise. This is the second time we have used this particular company. Wade from Light Travels Inc. helped us plan our dream destination wedding in Tulum, Mexico. This was our first experience using a travel agent, for our wedding at that! Wade made everything from booking flights, setting up transportation to and from, making room accommodations for all of our guests as easy as possible. He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Light Travels for all your travel needs. I contacted them because of the great reviews and it was a great experience. My husband and I booked our first ever all-inclusive vacation and Joslynne was so helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She sent several recommendations from different areas and we chose Valentin Imperial in Riviera Maya. The resort was beautiful with lots of activities and food choices. Our room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. We certainly will be using Light Travel for our next adventure. Joslynne is by far the best decision we have made when it comes to traveling. Before this I would just book Expedia myself and the difference is NIGHT and day! Travel plans are smooth with every single thing laid out for you, down to the color of the clothes the person picking you up will be wearing. We had a situation with American Airlines (the worst) and weren’t able to get to our Mexican resort until the middle of the night, with 4 kids in tow this was less than ideal. Joslynne was super responsive and helped me through everything, even in the middle of the night a day before Christmas. I can not recommend using her enough! Truly the best🙌 ~ Timissa W

If you want a worry-free vacation, I highly suggest you go to Light Travels and ask for Jocelyn! She has single-handedly helped me with all my travel needs. She's always finding better deals than I can and will match whatever steals I can find. Most recently, I ran into the unfortunate circumstance of being denied access to our flight because my passport was slightly damaged. While we handled getting that fixed, Jocelyn managed to move our hotel reservation free of cost. She also managed to move our flight home a day later than originally planned for free as well. I was ready to spend extra money to get another day on our vacation that we may have lost due to passport complications, but she did everything she could to make sure we didn't have to spend an extra dollar. Every summer Joslynne helps me organize an all inclusive vacation to the Caribbean Sea for our big group of approximately 40-60 people who are my families and friends. As a planner and an OCD person I was always hesitant to use a travel advisor, but Wade made everything so easy. Wade and Joslynne are very knowledgeable and experienced which made our trip full of memories our kids will NEVER forget. Our flight to the DR got delayed and changed. Joslynne and Wade had already fixed it and SAVED our vacation before we could even think where to start to fix it. They are familiar with the areas and options that are offered to experience. From the start with attractive pricing for the trip, managing our flight status and making sure we were prepared to travel with all the helpful tips and lists, there is NO way we could have had an experience like this without their guidance and support. They scheduled a private tour excursion that was absolutely incredible. Not all travel agencies are equal and LIGHT TRAVELS INTERNATIONAL definitely sets the bar high on expectations.
